What is RTT Hypnotherapy?
Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT)
Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) is a type of hypnotherapy that is unlike other, traditional types of hypnotherapy, because it allows you to see the root cause of an issue. While you are in hypnosis, it allows you to address the issue and then remove it at a subconscious level.
RTT is able to successfully treat emotional issues such as anxiety, addictions, eating & weight issues, behavioural issues and many other health related issues around stress and wellbeing.
The method was developed by Marisa Peer who studied and practiced for over 30 years in the USA and UK. She has successfully treated many celebrities, including UK royalty, executives, top athletes and countless other people. The therapy itself, has combined elements of various hypnotherapy methods, NLP, EFT, psychotherapy and cognitive behavioural therapy.

Meet Heather Grainger
Rapid Transformational Therapist & Registered Nurse
Heather Grainger, a Devonport local, has been passionate about helping others throughout her long career as a community health nurse also working in palliative care and other areas.
After experiencing and overcoming her own battle with cancer, Heather was able to see her life and the potential she had with new eyes. She also recognised the power of the mind in overcoming her own issues and also saw the potential within her clients.
Aside, from maintaining her status as a registered nurse, Heather is a certified Hypnotherapist and certified Rapid Transformational Therapist.
Since Heather was young, she has always been eager to assist people with quitting smoking because, as a nurse, she has seen first hand the deadly and ravaging effects that it can have on the body. Heather is also passionate and well equipped to support those going through cancer treatment or post cancer, because, as a cancer survivor herself, she knows the emotional impact that cancer can have on the body and mind from personal experience.
In her spare time Heather is an avid nature lover and loves to be outside either gardening or exploring the great outdoors. Heather is an active member of her local community and church where she plays the organ on a regular basis. Heather also enjoys contributing to her local choir as the pianist. Lastly, Heather is an active supporter of many animal charities and nature conservation organisations. Each month, Heather donates 5% of her profits to various charities.
“I can't recommend Heather enough.
She was so supportive and calm, yet so direct in helping me achieve changes.
Heather showed a genuine care and concern, while being such a relatable and professional therapist. She has a great understanding of how we can harness the power of the mind for our benefit.
This session has been so beneficial to me and I am so glad to have had a session with Heather.”
